Where and how are made Be Bold by Diamany’s products?
All of our products are produced in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg in Europe. Diamany designs and makes all of our products with great care from her home studio.
Where can I find Be Bold by Diamany’s products?
For now Be Bold by Diamany’s products are exclusively sold online and at local events in Luxembourg. Events are communicated through email, Facebook and Instagram.
How do I take care of Be Bold by Diamany’s products?
WASHING
Hand wash or machine wash (limiting program at 30 °C ) with cold water and mild soap
Wash light and dark colours separately
Wash inside out
Do not wring, rub or twist
BLEACHING
Do not bleach
DRYING
Dry in the shade (don't expose to direct sunlight)
Air dry flat
IRONING
Iron inside out (on reverse)
The maximum temperature for ironing is 100 °C (medium temperature)
WASHING
Use a damp sponge to wipe the faux leather as well as any stains on the fabric.
BLEACHING
Do not bleach
IRONING
Do not iron faux leather. Cover the fabric side with a piece of clothing and iron on the lowest temperature not exceeding 30°C making sure that the iron does not enter in contact with the faux leather.

When will I receive my order?
Allow 5 to 10 business days from the day your payment is received for your order to be produced. Shipping time depends on the destination.
Diamany does her utmost to produce orders in good time and with great care. Delivery time of the postal service is out of our control.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may cancel or change your order within 3 business days. Simply reply to your email confirmation or send a cancelation request here.
Can I buy a Be Bold by Diamany’s product as a gift?

How will my item be shipped?
We use the Luxembourg national postal service Post.lu
What are the delivery times?
Allow 5 to 10 business days from the day your payment is received for your order to be produced. Shipping time depends on the destination.
Can I track my package?
Yes, you can. Once we have shipped your order, we will send you by email a tracking number. This will allow you to follow at any time you order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
Can I return or exchange my Be Bold by Diamany’s product?
Yes, you can. You have 14 days from delivery of your order to notify us of your wish to return or exchange your item(s). You may contact us by replying to your order confirmation email or here.
The item must be returned to us undamaged and in its original packaging along with its original invoice within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Who is responsible for the cost of return and exchange?
Shipping fees for return and exchange the responsibility of the client. The exception is done if we have sent you a different item then the one ordered.
